Frequently Asked Questions

Is free shipping available?

Yes! The Novus Trimmer has skin-safe technology to help avoid cuts, nicks, and tugs.

On the body, it is practically impossible for the trimmer to cut you; however you will need to be a bit more careful on the "below the belt" area by stretching the skin as you trim.

Can I use it directly under water?

Yes, the Novus trimmer is fully waterproof. You can use it in the shower under water.

Let the water rinse away trimmed hair, then dry the trimmer with a soft cloth and let it air dry before plugging it back into the charger.

How long does the battery last, and how quickly does it charge?

The battery lasts up to 90 minutes on a full charge, so you have plenty of time for your grooming. It also charges quickly, so you’re ready whenever you need it.

Is it easy to clean after use?

Yes, it's super easy to clean! Just use the brush provided to sweep away hair, or rinse the trimmer under running water and dry it with a cloth. No special tools required!

Can I use it on both my face and body?

Absolutely! The Novus Trimmer is made for both face and body grooming. It’s designed to work smoothly for all your grooming needs.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Our free delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, but we also offer express same-day orders for a $3 charge
